Remembering Otis Clay

Otis Clay suffered a heart attack and died Friday night at the age of 73. Otis was a member of the Blues Hall of Fame. He was a friend to many, a gracious man known for his philanthropy in Chicago where he had made his home since the 1950s. He appeared with Johnny Rawls on Remebering O.V. and then he and Johnny recorded the critically acclaimed Soul Brothers. It was one of the two top rated blues albums on the Downbeat Magazine 2015 Best of the Year List and was nominated for every major blues award. We will miss you Otis but you have left us with your great music.
